Regarding luxury cars, Lamborghinis rank among the most coveted worldwide. Though most people know Lamborghini, hardly any can tell you which version. With similar angular design, downturn hoods, and crisp specifics, an ordinary person cannot easily distinguish which model we are examining.

Although Lamborghini is among the most unique car labels, it can be challenging to differentiate between models when they are side-by-side. We will explain how to distinguish between Lamborghinis in this article.

The Tampa Auto Gallery Sales and Leasing will give you advice on how to identify the exact model that you are looking for.

How to Know the Model Type of Lamborghini From the Front?

How can you tell the difference between the different Lamborghinis on the road? It's not as hard as you think. Here are some tips on how to distinguish the Lamborghini models from the bumper.

1. Headlights and Grill

The form of its headlights and grill helps you identify the Lamborghini model.

From a distance, the Lamborghini Aventador, Huracan, and their bodies may seem comparable, yet they still have several distinctions.

The Huracan's headlights go more horizontally from left to right. The Aventador headlights have a triangular shape and extend upwards like large wings.

The grills of the two cars are very different. Aventador grills have square-shaped intakes below each headlight. The Huracan grills look like they are threatening you, with their large, stretched-out grill. Like its headlights, the Huracan's characteristics are also stretched at the front. Side-by-side comparisons make clear the distinctions between the two. But what if you put a Huracán S beside an Aventador and an Aventador?

Grills are different between the Aventador S and the Huracán. You'll see that the Aventador S grill has two separate areas for air intake under each headlight. Looks like a fang or tooth, the bumper runs down to the back of the car and divides the nose from the grill.

The Huracán Evo still has the big grille with a mouth-like look, but it also includes a diagonally sliced air intake under the headlights. The Huracán Evo bumper is attached to the nose of the hood, unlike the standard bumper.

2. Two Badges and Hoopods

There are subtler differences in the badge and hood. The Huracan hood is flatter and continues to face downwards. The hood has been indented above the Lamborghini logo on the nose because the hood outline goes over it. The badge almost interrupts the shape. Although the Aventador also achieves this, it creates a more pronounced point over the badge, as opposed to simply a curved horizontal line like the Huracán.

Whereas the Huracán doesn't, the Aventador's body rises on both the left and right sides of the hood.

3. Air Intakes

Lamborghini continues to improve the design. The side air intakes, which are mounted as a single unit on the body structure, are located in the wheel arches.

This tip will help you identify exotic cars on the road. The grills that allow air to enter the car are visible on the sides and behind the door. The Huracan will feature side pockets that are triangular and smaller, while the Aventador has a rectangular air intake space large enough to 'fit a backpack'.

These elements are also painted in black, which reduces heat transmission. These air intakes play a major role in cooling the brakes, auxiliary units, and batteries. The air intakes also help to prevent a collision with another car or object while driving at high speeds. These features are essential to a modern vehicle.

Taillights & Exhaust

Lambo has a special name: bulls. They are powerful and among the fastest cars in the entire world. It is therefore essential to know how to identify them when they are passing you.

The Huracán's taillights look more like a thin stripe, while the Aventador's look like three letters Y turned sideways. The Aventador's exhaust is centered and almost resembles an HDMI port. The Aventador S also has three exhausts in a triangular shape in the same place.

The EVO, on the other hand, has only two exhausts. The exhausts are higher and located on either side of the license plates.
